THE SECTION VICE-PRESIDENT

The Vice-President shall preside at any meeting in the absence of the President.

If the office of President is vacated, the Vice-President shall assume the duties of President until such time as the Board may elect a new President.

The President or the Board may assign duties. Section Bylaws, Rules or Operating Procedures may establish specific duties for this office.

The Vice-President is responsible for the running of the Section’s annual Tech Fair when a Tech Fair Chairperson is not appointed.
