ACOMODATIONS LIST

HOTEL REQUIREMENTS:

SEMINAR ROOMS (3) 8:00AM - 5:00PM

* registration table set-up in front of each room (3 total)

* podium / microphone / and screen in each room

* classroom style for 50 people in each room

* table set-up for 35mm slide projector

* table set-up for overhead projector / LCD projector

* literature table set

EXHIBITOR ROOM (1) 8:00AM - 7:30PM

* 20 table tops set-up for literature (6ft x 3ft)

* at least 3 chairs per tabletop

* 5-7 extra chairs as needed

* center table for SPE literature (6ft x 3ft) or (8ft) round

SOCIAL HOUR

* CAN WE HOLD IN EXHIBITOR ROOM ?

* approx 75 people

* no-host bar / hors d'ovres

* table to set-up wine raffle

DINNER (1) 7:00PM - 10:30PM

* 65 people ( 8-9 round tables 8people/table )

* podium / microphone / table for audio/visuals / screen
